Our flagship solutions include AutoPassword, AutoPassword Access Manager, AutoPassword ID Card, and AutoPassword IoT Controller.

These technologies have been recognized for their exceptional usability and security, becoming international standards under the UN’s ITU (X.1280 and X.oob-pacs). They are already in use by banks, securities firms, and public institutions that demand the highest levels of security in the zero-trust era.

We also promote the Passwordless X1280 solution through the Passwordless Alliance, helping to solve the global password problem faced by B2C online services.

Launched 3 successful IT companies for over 20 years, and established DualAuth by developing AutoPassword technology that allows users to authenticate services. To date, he has led the team by executing a variety of disciplines ranging from business development, systems analysis, product design, to sales and marketing. Major development projects include AutoPassword, AutoPassword Access Mananger, and AutoPassword ID Card.

The key achievements include receiving commendations from the Minister of Science and ICT and the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy of Korea, as well as the Commissioner’s Award from the Korean Intellectual Property Office for his contributions to creating standard-essential patents.

To promote the adoption of AutoPassword and AutoPassword ID Card, he serves as a technical commissioner at TTA, Korea’s standardization body, and as a main editor for standards such as X.1280 and X.oob-pacs within ITU-T SG17, an international standardization body.

He also established the Passwordless Alliance in Geneva, Switzerland, contributing to the promotion and distribution of the Passwordless X1280 free software.

IBM selected four authentication technology providers to enhance the security of its flagship product, ISAM (IBM Security Access Management). DualAuth was chosen as a distinguished authentication security partner and implemented AutoPassword in banking systems using IBM Verify.

ID3 Technologies is a French company with 25 years of experience in biometric technology, offering a wide range of solutions including fingerprint, facial, and iris recognition. For the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics, they provided biometric technology to enhance security, and they also supply IC chip–based Match-on-Card and QR code–based Match-on-Code authentication to global companies such as IDEMIA, STMicroelectronics, NXP, and Bosch. In addition, in collaboration with DualAuth, they are expanding the application of Match-on-Code technology to AutoPassword and AutoPassword ID Card.

CERTIFICATIONS

The U.S. technology standards and testing agency, NIST, has certified AutoPassword under the FIPS 140-2 cryptographic module standard. This certification verifies the security of AutoPassword and establishes a foundation for supplying it to U.S. government agencies.

The FIDO Alliance has approved AutoPassword for both UAF client and server. DualAuth supports a wide range of mobile device biometrics that comply with FIDO Alliance specifications.

TTA, Korea’s technology standards and testing agency, has certified AutoPassword as Good Software. This certification validates AutoPassword’s usability, interoperability, and reliability, and it has been officially adopted for products procured by the Korean government.

AutoPassword has been certified as an innovative procurement product by the Korean government. This certification paves the way for its adoption by government agencies in Korea.
